HEALTHCARE RECRUITER AND ACCOUNT MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Do you have experience of resourcing candidates and account managing clients for temporary roles? Are you proactive, target driven and work well under pressure? We are looking for an additional recruiter/ account manager to join our healthcare staffing agency. Experience in healthcare recruitment is not a prerequisite; however you will need to demonstrate resourcing experience in a busy recruitment environment. If you think you have the experience and attitude we need, then we would like to hear from you. Brief description of the role: You will be responsible for resourcing new healthcare candidates. You will manage the registration process of new candidates. You will work with the sales team to identify candidates to fill vacancies. Along with this, you will also be responsible in managing a portfolio of clients, building existing and new client relationships and growing your portfolio. The role requires a self-motivated, proactive individual with a drive to succeed and excellent attention to detail. Salary: R – R dependant on experience.
