A small boutique guest house in Gardens seeks to appoint a dynamic individual to assume the role of receptionist/ general day manager - to co ordinate reservations and correspondence relating to bookings, attend to check-ins and check-outs and attend to queries. The ideal candidate will be a matriculant or hotel / hospitality graduate with previous hospitality or tourism experience an advantage. To start soonest. Must be computer literate (outlook/word excel), knowledge of nightsbridge or other booking systems an advantage. Must have excellent communication skills - fluent in English and be excellent in guest relations. Package will be discussed in the interview. Candidates with experience in hospitality and with favourable references from previous employers will be shortlisted. Ideal for hotel school grad starting out and wanting experience.
