With Winter (thankfully) drawing to a close and Summer just around the corner, there is no better time to get that beach body back! REVOLUTION FIT CLUB is a group fitness club that is focused on getting you fit and healthy but more than anything, ensuring that you have huge fun while doing it. Dragging yourself to gym in the evenings, waiting in line for equipment, while doing the same repetitive exercises is no fun at all. At REVOLUTION FIT CLUB, we believe that exercise should be interesting and to accomplish this we understand that you and your body need to be engaged both physically and mentally in order to get the most out of your work outs. We will be running through different exercises and workout routines that will range from High Intensity workouts to showing you how to work out (sneakily) while at the office and at home. The workouts will be conducted in a fun, vibey group environment on a Tuesday, in the Scout Hall located in Claremont from . Our first month is absolutely FREE (1st September - 1st October, there are no hidden costs, or fine print) and you will receive 4 free classes, free coaching and a free health evaluation.
