GEORGE CLARKE'S AMAZING SPACES: SERIES 2 IN SOUTH AFRICA

George Clarke is back on the road looking at secret hideaways at the bottom of the garden, space saving retreats, eco friendly bolt holes and re-conditioned vehicles in his brand new second series of George Clarkes Amazing Spaces. This series features an eclectic range of builds from the double decker bus come surf retreat, through to the creation of a giant floating wooden egg. A bijou 1960s ambulance is transformed into a holiday campervan for a family of six, and a decrepit horsebox gets a vintage themed facelift. Throughout the series George reveals how, with careful planning, canny design and a heap of imagination, you can open up a whole world of possibilities and completely change how you live, work and play. From the skilled teams of tradesmen, through to the enthusiastic novice, designers, architects and artists, these small space pioneers will inspire even the most reluctant of DIY'ers to get creative. And along the way, George is getting stuck in developing his own small space build. Hes teamed back up with Master Craftsman William Hardie to build his very own fantasy tree house set in the breath-taking grounds of the Kielder National Park.
