GENERAL ROLL OUT MANAGER, NEGOTIABLE, CENTURION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Support sales/Pre-sales to prepare project scope of work, budget definition and BOQ reconciliation. Key customer interface for sites rollout plan requirements and manage customer expectations versus contractual obligations. Planning the subcontractors’ capacities, resources and sites allocation. Managing the area Rollout managers and field deployment managers Planning and managing all Technical Sites Survey teams, reports, and the decision making process Planning and managing all civil works and Fiber optic deployment teams, reports, and the decision making process. Manage E2E Site survey and design activities including but not limited to validating the survey reports, Duct Integrity test, BOMs, BOQs, Design preparation, design submission to the customer and design approval. Manage E2E deployment activities including but not limited Trenching, Construction of MM/HH, Ducts installation and testing, ODFs. Splitters, Closures and patch panels installation, Fiber optic cables installation, termination and testing, inspect and validate OTDR and Inline power meter test results. Ensuring smooth flow of activities within the Roll out plan including but not limited to contracts signature, service orders issuance, designs, material dispatch to subcontractors, and handover between subcontractors teams. Ensuring that the civil works activities are being carried out as per the reference quality and safety standards. Monitoring the Rollout progress and ensuring that productivity is within the allowed budget rates and time constraints. Define and control implementation plan, tracking operations overrun and value corresponding over costs. Manage the acceptance process with the customer as well as the subcontractors to ensure timely sign off for all contractual mile stones and support PMO with relevant data for sales and invoicing. Preparing project data base for all activities/mile stones related to Site survey, designs, deployment activities and site acceptance to ensure proper monitoring for site activities and reliable reporting to the customer. Coordinating with the design team for technical requirements and specs development. Coordinating with the Sales team for deployment priorities. Follow implementation progress meetings and associated reporting. Follow up shipments; manage in-country logistics with PMO to ensure availability of all materials required for the deployment.
