GENERAL ASSISTANT FOR LODGE IN SOUTH AFRICA

The requirements for this position includes: Must be a South African Citizen Must have 2 years experience in a 5 star establishment Must have a relevant hospitality / tourism qualification Hosting experience ie- Maitre, Waiter/ Waitress, Barman Wine knowledge will be an advantage Must be fluent in English Drivers license is essential Must be computer literate Must have a passion for people and making conversation Experience of stock taking and stock control Must have good organizational skills Must have good communiation skills Must be able to interact with guests Must be well groomedand have a good snse of personal hygiene Able to host the guests Ensure that guests have a memorable experience from arival to departure Assist in lodge operations when not occupied by guests Maintain hosting standards Serve drinks at the bar Salary is R a month.
