F&B Manager – 5 Star Hotel Zanzibar You will be an existing F&B Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior F&B position. Resort Experience important, as is experience in multi venues, including restaurants, bars, pool bars, in room dining, etc. You must be well presented and have exceptional standards in service delivery. You will actively work on the floor with your team and be very strong on training and development. This is a tough role as the resource pool is limited.  Island life is fun but also hard.
