FITNESS GROUP TRAINING CLASSES IN RANDBURG LESS 50 IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are based in Bordeaux Randburg, we currently have a 50% special off our group training classes. Classes are designed by our sports scientist, our biokineticist and our fitness trainer. They consist of weight training, cardio and functional exercises in a highly energise group training environment, upbeat music and inspiring instructors. Exercises and routines will vary from week to week. The classes are run in our sports centre and this includes indoor and outdoor components. Our sports lab comprises of 500sq with plenty of shower facilities and a coffee bar. Free Trail Class Available. Use of our facility as a gym is also available, NO CONTRACTS!
