FISHMONGER MANAGER / STAFF REQUIRED IN SOUTH AFRICA
Up Market Seafood Retail store in Springfield Park, is looking for a Fishmonger Manager and Staff to effectively run the Daily operations of the Fishmonger. Duties include: 1. Receive /processing fishmonger area management control. 2. Checks quality and quantity offish received. 3.Monitors the processing of all fish received and ensures that the information is captured correctly. 4.Monitors and controls back area holding stock control. 5.Complete and manage all fishmonger procedures including all staff, display of stock to customers (Frozen and Fresh) and stock in an out. 6.Attends to all staff related issues for the department. 7.Attend to customer complaints, queries and comments. 8.Maintains product, service and market knowledge. 9 Controls stock and rotates the products correctly and controls stock loss Requirements: Previous experience in a fishmonger department at retail level Knowledge of related products Ability to effectively manage staff in pressured environment Willing to work shifts and weekends is a must Email CV to Salary highly negotiable depending on Experience
