Hi Looking for a female tenant to rent one of the two bedrooms in the house. The rent is R2500, including water but EXCLUDES electricity. House is in Garlandale, Athone. Neighbourhood is safe. The room is partially furnished with a small wardrobe (I have bought my own wardrobe and open to negotiate selling it to the next incumbent). A bed can be arranged.
