Education / Experience: · 5-10 years sales experience · Good computer skills with MS Office knowledge · Matric or Equivalent with Chef / Catering Qualification · Catering equipment industry knowledge an advantage · Good Negotiating skills Responsibilities: · Establish key accounts and seeking out new business · Meet or better sales targets · Develop relationships with clients · Provide excellent service and after-sales service · Promote the sales of specific brands and new products · Liaise with quotes office, dispatch, technical and other departments Personal Attributes: · Ability communicate at all levels · Ability work under pressure and think pro-actively where required · Accurate and details orientated · High levels of honesty and integrity · Must have passion for customer service excellence
