EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETER REQUIRED FOR REAL ESTATE AGENCY IN IN SOUTH AFRICA
Our Real Estate Agency has expanded to the extent that we require an additional telemarketer to setup appointments for our property brokers. Telemarketer Job Duties: Identify prospects by 1. Searching on the web and other media for properties that are on the market to either sell or rent; 2. Searching on other databases Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, and other telecommunication technologies Influences customers to allow the property brokers to list their property for either sale or rental by following a prepared sales talk Once the owner has agreed, they would need to setup an appointment for the property broker to meet the owner and list their property with us. After each call they would need to record the information of the owner and the property on our database and update the details of the discussion and what follow up is necessary. Follow up on incoming enquiries for prospective tenants and buyers Match prospective tenants and buyers with properties that we have on our books Update the prospective Buyer's and Tenant's details on our database Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturers instructions and established procedures Secures information by completing database backups Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Contributes to team effort accomplishing related results as needed
