En-suite bathroom: toilet, hand basin and shower The facility is used for running a Bed and Breakfast, but now I have open it up as an option for long term letting (at least 12 months). Please bring own bedding. There is no kitchenette, but warming up is allowed with own microwave and kettle. There is no laundry facility, but I am conveniently situated close to 2 shopping malls (within 1 km) as well as a local Pick ‘n Pay and a mini OK (both at a walking distance). There is no sharing of facility with the main house. Burglar bars and security gates fitted throughout. Parking is available behind gate. Suitable for professional or student.
