Engineer (Section Team Leader) R – R CTC pm negotiable Mooreesburg   Introduction: A leading manufacturer of guaranteed wooden windows and doors, with a track record that has stood the test of time seeks a dynamic Engineer (Section Team Leader) to join their team.   Minimum Requirements: Ø  Degree/ National Diploma or NTC 6 Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Ø  Supervisory experience advantageous Ø  MS Office Proficiency Ø  Exposure to ISO Ø  Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Principles and knowledge of “lean manufacturing” Ø  Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Ø  Code EB (08) driver’s license and own reliable transport Ø  Must be experienced in and understand the different areas of maintenance. Ø  Must have an overview of fault finding   Job Overview: This position requires a professional who will assume the responsibility of Engineer (Section Team Leader). The successful incumbent must be an analytical thinker, have excellent management skills and will be responsible for, amongst others: Ø  Responsible for the co-ordination of operations and administration of maintenance systems and activities. Ø  Responsible for assisting in the roll-out of projects. Ø  Management of the maintenance functions of a plant in order to optimize processes machinery to meet World Class Manufacturing Standards.
