ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN | IT INDUSTRY | MONTAGUE GARDENS R BASIC AND INCENTIVES |  URGENT POSITION | START ASAP   Our client is a prominent distributor of ICT equipment, products and services to the African continent within the IT industry. They are seeking a dynamic Electrical Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Technical Manager.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in client and in-house electronic repairs, including TV (LCD, LED, LFD), Monitor (LED, LCD), UPS, PSU and general Electronic repairs in Technical Workshop. Claiming RMA electronic spares in warranty period with International Vendors Escalate and resolve queries with vendors/suppliers and relaying resolves to technical teams Telephonic support in relation to TV/UPS/Monitor units and general Electronic queries on products sold to client and Regional offices. Assisting in R&D projects where electronic equipment is concerned Assisting Head Office on spare orders and availability   REQUIREMENTS N1 - N3 tertiary qualification in Electronics 2-3 years practical hands-on experience Be able to work in a pressured environment. Be able to complete jobs quickly & efficiently. Excellent communication skills required. Be willing to go the extra mile & complete tasks quickly. Excellent technical skills required.
