A small upmarket guest house in the Drakensberg Midlands is looking for a dedicated, interested duty manager to perform the day to day running of an 11 bedroomed establishment.  He/She should have some hotel experience, be prepared to work long hours, be interested in the guests and the industry.  Honest, reliable, well presented and well spoken.
