DUTY MANAGER CAPE TOWN ATTRACTION INDUSTRY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Duty Manager Job available in Cape Town with a dynamic organisation within the amusement / attraction industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable individual with great communication and management skills to manage a team of 20 staff. The Duty Manager will be required to do daily office admin including reporting, responding to email queries, inventory control, rostering, payroll, etc. The position will also require management of technical, cleaning and operational staff. Candidates must be willing to work the long hours, including public holidays and weekends. The shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, working longer hours may be required from time to time. Requirements: - Must have management experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry - Excellent leadership skills - Must have Matric, degree or diploma would be an added advantage - Candidates with a Technical School background would be an added advantage - Must be fluent in English with good communication skills - Well presentable and groomed - Good admin skills - Trustworthy and reliable Salary: R Start date: ASAP To apply for the Duty Manager Job - Cape Town – Tourism Attraction Industry – please send CV and recent photo
