The grapes used in creating this unique white blend originated from Tokara's premium vineyards on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain. The wine is full and rich as it passes onto the palate with a creaminess on the mid-palate leading to a long finish of great balance. This wine has a vibrant golden hue The entry on the palate is crisp and clean with intense flavours of lime, lemongrass, passion fruit and guava The mid palate has creamy notes but is overall crisp and chalky leading to an intense aftertaste of nettles and a hint of saltiness
