For Sale: Dell Optiplex 780 Small Form Desktop Computer I have a second hand Dell small form desk top computer for sale. It was a machine used at work which I purchased once the warranty had lapsed. The IT department formatted and re-imagedit and it is currently running on a Windows 7 operating system.
