My client, a well-established and financially sound motor dealership, needs a Dealer Principle for one of their West Coast Dealerships. You may be the successful candidate to lead and motivate a dynamic team in a fast paced environment ensuring that targets are met and exceeded through high standards, quality work and exceptional customer service if you: Have a proven track record (at least 5 years’ experience) in the Sales Management / General Management environment of a volume Dealership. Or even better if you currently are a Dealer Principle at a reputable Dealership. Have the ability to maintain an enthusiastic outlook to build positive employee attitudes and morale within the dealership. Have a track record of achieving targets as agreed. Have a track record of implementation and management of a dealership strategic plan and direction. Have advanced computer skills. Kerridge/Automate experience advantageous.
