CUTE, COSY COTTAGE AVAILABLE ON SMALLHOLDING JUST OUTSIDE IN SOUTH AFRICA

This is a very small cottage and is only suitable for a single person. There is a small bedroom with built in cupboards, a lounge/kitchenette with fireplace, a large wooden deck overlooking the olive grove, and a bathroom with shower only. There is an area available for a vegetable garden should the tenant wish to garden. Electricity is prepaid. No children or pets please. I am only willing to consider a mature, responsible individual who is currently permanently employed, has good references, and leads a quiet lifestyle. This cottage is let on a one year contract basis, and there is a deposit payable equal to 1 1/2 months rental upfront. No timewasters please.
