CUSTOMERS RELATIONS MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

My client, an upmarket Motor Dealership based in Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a Customers Relations Manager.  Requirements:  • Min three years’ experience in similar position • Previous experience in Motor industry will be advantageous • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)  • Computer literate  • Tertiary qualification in marketing will be advantageous  Responsibilities:  • Establish and implement a Customer Relationship Management strategy for dealership • Coordinate dealership customer communications • Coordinate marketing initiatives and events • Coordinate potential sales opportunities across dealership departments • Maintain accurate customer database • Improve dealership customer experience Please send your CV including information pertaining your salary expectation and notice period required
