COTTAGE IN CLAREMONT IN CAPE TOWN

A self-catering, self contained cottage built onto our home in Claremont. It is currently a pilates/dance studio and we are bust converting it into an apartment. The photos are showing it as an studio, but you can get an idea of location and size. 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds, and a loft bed. Cupboards. Kitchen open plan onto living area.  Kitchen kitted with basics, fridge, double plate stove with mini oven etc. Bathroom with bath and (shower being put in over bath) Capped Wi-Fi Bedding, towels and other basic amenities. Ideal spot for quick access to the M5. Your hosts are Dominique & Jeremy, we welcome you to stay for holidays, business trips, short term rentals on a month to month basis.  Please no long term renters to enquire. There is limited off street parking, with 3 dwellings, someone will be parked in if all are parked inside.
