CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Control Room OperatorWe require the services of a Control Room Operator in the Randburg area.The main purpose will be to operate the CCTV in the control room and well as Alarm Monitoring. Key areas of responsibility will include: Administrative responsibilities Liaise with clients over the phone good English will be an advantage Liaison with all staff and specifically Management at all level Information reporting Core Competencies: Pressure tolerant Liaison skills Communication skills Problem solving skills Conflict management skills Minimum Requirements Grade B (PSIRA) registered and accredited Minimum of three years experience in a Control room / Security Control room/Or TRT Ground work. Must obtain excellent computer literacy. Experience in dealing with Senior Management. Good communication skills No Criminal record. Knowledge of CCTV equipment. Excellent telephone skills Excellent customer relations.
