Hi there!:) I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from 1st October. The flat is located within a small apartment block (2nd Floor) with security gates in a very safe area and the walking distance to Cavendish Square is only 5 minutes. The flat has two bedrooms with BICs, a modern kitchen and bathroom, a big lounge, a balcony and a garage. It comes unfurnished, but you can just let me know, in case you are interested in any of the furniture on the pictures, as I can't take it with anyway. Requirements: The flat is rented by Sotheby's. You need: - Sotheby's application form, which I can provide you with - Proof of income (They require an income of R20 000, which can be proofed alone, by 2 parties sharing the lease or by a person taking surety) - 2 months deposit - A maximum rent of R10.500, but probably a bit less.
