BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 2 + years of experience full stack development using C#. 2 + years of experience with ASP.NET MVC or equivalent web design experience 2 + years of experience software development and solution design Experience with database development MS SQL Server including proficiency in TSQ Experience with Web Services such as: SOAP, WCF, RESTful service. Strong mentorship experience and skills. Good business acumen Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate abstract business needs into a functional product. Experience in an Agile environment such as Scrum or Kanban. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and common design patterns. Ability to analyze, solve problems and work with the team to identify and fix the root cause of the problems.
