Our company is looking for an experienced and talented C# Software Developer, who desire to make an impact and accelerate his or her career. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to design, develop, test and document all development tasks. Strive to work toward the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities Provide guidance and mentoring to associate developers in new technologies and best practices. Proven leadership experience. Must be able to provide guidance to team members. Apply good judgment in developing code to address business specifications. Contribute to detailed design of assigned architectural components or services. Able to create the necessary unit and validation test cases for all developed software. Provide assistance and consultation to QA analysts on system integration and testing. Self-motivated with ability to take on tasks with some direction from technical leads. Take pride in the code you present. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 2 + years of experience full stack development using C#. 2 + years of experience with ASP.NET MVC or equivalent web design experience 2 + years of experience software development and solution design Experience with database development MS SQL Server including proficiency in TSQ Experience with Web Services such as: SOAP, WCF, RESTful service. Strong mentorship experience and skills. Good business acumen Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to translate abstract business needs into a functional product. Experience in an Agile environment such as Scrum or Kanban. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and common design patterns. Ability to analyze, solve problems and work with the team to identify and fix the root cause of the problems. EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
