Building Sub contractors We are looking for the following Sub Contractors for a project in Midrand. The unit sizes range from 350m² to 550m². The following Sub Contractors are required. Bricklayers   Plasters Electricians Plumbers Roofers Tillers   The main contractor will provide you with all materials. Tools and Fixing material are to be supplied by yourself.   You will be required to work in accordance with the main programme and any delays by yourself will result in penalties.   Sub Contractors are to price as follows (this is merely a guide as to establish how realistic your rates are)   Bricklayers – Price on a floor area of 550m² (Double Story) or per m²   Plasters    – Price on a floor area of 550m² (Double Story) or per m²   Electricians – to price for the following points based on First Fix and Final Fix        1 x Distribution Box 1 x Wall Plug 1 x Light fitting 1 x Geyser   Plumbing  - to price for the following points based on First Fix and Final Fix   1 x Kitchen Sink 1x WHB 1x WC   1 x Bath 1 x Shower     Roofers to erect roof trusses and lay roof tiles Price on a floor area of 550m² (Double Story)   Tillers    - only tiles will be supplied, tile fix and grout to be included in your cost.                1m² wall tiles 1m² floor tiles 1m² mosaic   Project to commence in February Prices are to be emailed to
