shepad builders: range of building packages are designed to assist you to complete your construction project ON-TIME & ON-BUDGET OPTION 1: Full Service Contract (FSC) Description: Responsible for the entire construction life cycle of your building project. Under this contract we will be responsible for the following; Documentation: Shepad builders provide complete PRICED Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for your building project, which provides a complete and comprehensive listing of all the items required in order to make your building become a reality, included in the BoQ are the cost materials, broken down into masonry, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, labour costs as well as other sundry items. This document allows you as the client to know how much the project is going to cost you right from the onset. Any variations in quantities or prices will have to be approved by you, the Client. Procurement: Shepad builders will supply all building materials required for the project. These will be procured at the prices stated in the BoQ. Construction: Shepad builders will do all construction work on the project, this work is inclusive of all masonry, plumbing, electrical, tiling & carpentry. For more info on this service Send Email OPTION 2: Labour ONLY Service Contract (LOSC) Description: Shepad builders will provide only the LABOUR for the construction life cycle of your building project. Under this contract we will be responsible for the following; Documentation: Shepad builders provide Bill of Labour (BoL) for your building project, this Bill provides a complete and comprehensive listing of standard work hours required for the completion of a job including cost Procurement: THE CLIENT will be solely responsible for the procurement of all building materials required for the project, with the assistance of our Project Managers. Our teams will only arrive on site once the material for each stage process is on site. Construction: shepad builders will be responsible of all construction work as provided for in the BoL. For more info on this service Send Email OPTION 3: VAKAI Contract Description:shepad builder provides the Client with the options stated below; This option is for those who are not in a position to use our full service offering, but are keen to utilize our workforce, project management skills base and knowledge of the construction industry. Options include but are not limited to the following; 1.One BRICKLAYER, Two GENERAL LABOURERS 2.Two BRICKLAYERS, Three GENERAL LABOURERS 3.Three BRICKLAYERS, Four GENERAL LABOURERS Under this contract we will be responsible for the following; Documentation: Shepad builders provides BoQ which will detail all the material & work required for the successful completion of your project. Our specialists will then advise you as two which of the above options will be most suitable in order to complete your project ON TIME, AT A COST YOU CAN AFFORD & WITH A QUALITY YOU CAN TRUST. Procurement: The Client will be solely responsible for the procurement of all material required for the project with advise from our Project Managers. Construction: shepad builders will be responsible of all construction work as stated in the BoQ. Terms: This is a monthly contract in which it is the sole responsibility of The Client to procure all building material required for a construction phase. Following procurement The Client can then call us in to complete the work.
