BLOCKMAN/ MEAT TECHNICIAN IN LADYBRAND
We are looking for a BLOCKMAN/ Sausage Maker in Ladybrand Freestate with a Min 5yrs work experience in a butchery -Ability to work under pressure -Good people and communication skills -To be physically healthy and fit -Must be able to work with customers -Must be competent, neat and organised -Knowledge of meat and meat products -To be proficient in handling of butchery equipment -Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment -Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery -Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat -Weigh, wrap, and display cuts of meat -Cut or prepare meats to specification of customer’s -Keep inventory of meat. -Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards -Biltong making email your cv to nadine.lups@gmail.com Include full work history with contactable referencs; certified copy of ID; SAPS clearance and blockman certificate.Code 8 Driver's License (Preferred)Languge:English, Afrikaans
