BAKERY FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Successful applicant will oversee quality control, quality assurance, compliance of GMP's, HACCP implementation,preparation for and managing of all supplier audits, dealing with basic labour issues, staff training, raw material receiving and generally all matters that fall under health and safety and food safety umbrella. Must have ability to LEAD a team, delegate jobs and obtain optimum performance from subordinates. Must have meticulous RECORD KEEPING abilities. Must be able to report effectively to management. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position a requirement. Must have completed food safety training courses.
