BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Back of House Kitchen Supervisor required for a busy franchise restaurant in Longbeach Mall.  The position will provide brand training but we are looking for someone with an established skill set.   Person needs to be an energetic team player having, excellent communication skills.  In addition leadership ability, staff management, stock take, pass management, receiving stock and daily orders are desirable.
