There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a kitchenette and lounge/dining-room area and one bathroom. Cottage is situated in an attractive garden with electric fencing. Water and electricity is not included in the rent. This will be charged at R800 per month. A pet may be allowed - to be discussed with owner. Parking for one car preferably although two could be accommodated. No TV satellite dish provided. Cottage is currently occupied, so arrangements would have to be made to view.
