ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE R PA NORTHERN SUBURBS IN SOUTH AFRICA

Our client is looking for a young, energetic and creative Assistant Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This exciting position requires a quick-thinking and deadline-driven individual to assist the Account Executives in all administrative duties, while ensuring that the sales administrative process runs smoothly. This person will coordinate and manage all aspects of the campaign process.   Key Responsibility: ·         Compile feedback reports on various campaigns ·         Draw up client reports ·         Compile photo presentations ·         Chase the artwork for various campaigns ·         Ensure that the new contract are included on the Sales Update ·         General Sales administration and filing ·         Load campaigns accurately on Booking System ·         Pull store availability from system ·         Create contracts ·         Conduct surveys ·         Liaise with various business units to ensure a successful campaign ·         Attend internal SA, MDW and Traffic meetings   Education, experience and competencies required:   ·         Matric essential ·         2 years related experience ·         Strong Administrative skills ·         Computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel- Intermediate, Internet, Email) ·         Attention to detail and accuracy ·         Ability to organize workloads and prioritise ·         Good interpersonal and communication skills ·         Service-orientated and deadline- driven ·         Work well under pressure and in a stressful environment ·         Ability to work in a team and individually
