ANIMAL KEEPER LORY PARK ZOO IN SOUTH AFRICA

Lory Park Zoo is now recruiting. Educate experience and enjoy. We are looking for an animal keeper, the candidate will need some experience in the animal sector with both practical and theoretical knowledge in animal husbandry. You must be able to work alone and within a team. Due to the important physical work load, this position will better suit a physically fit and strong person with a great passion for all aspects of animals and their care. Working days and hours are as follows: 7 days on 2 days off - Starting at 7am sharp and finishing work at approximately 16h30. The contract will start with a 3 month training/probation period. If the candidate proves himself/herself to be reliable, he may be included in our cub section and trained on the hand-rearing of baby cats. No accommodation will be provided on site.
