Aftersales Consultant / Service Advisor We are looking for an Aftersales Consultant / Service Advisor for a Renowned Automotive Company in Port Elizabeth. Purpose of Position: To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience. Whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals. Requirements: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Computer literate (MS Office suite – Intermediate level) Autoline computer package experience is highly advantageous Motor dealership industry technical experience Previous Service Advisor experience is advantageous Office administration experience within the Motor Dealership Industry Driver’s license preferred Technical qualification advantageous Responsibility: Main Duties: Prepare for the arrival of the customer Taking the customer at initial consultation upon arrival Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system Update Dealer management Systems, track all vehicles and update control systems Liaise with customers Ensure accurate invoice payments Vehicle handover Customer follow ups Basic salary range is between R10 000 - R15 000 per month, plus medical aid and provident.
