Requirements: Knowledge of PC components In-depth knowledge of Microsoft software Good working knowledge of the internet Honest and Loyal Hard working and willing to improve on current skill levels Ability to self-start and not need to be micro managed High paced high energy position Duties in order of importance: Manage Job Cards Invoicing Clients E-mailing Invoices and Payment Requests Drawing up profit and loss data sheets Answer the telephones Filing and Stock Control Creating Statements Sales and Marketing Location, Hours and Salary Starwood Phoenix Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1HR Lunch break – from 12 to 1 (8hrs) Saturday 8am to 12pm (4hrs) Starting Salary Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Approximately R2800.00 Position available immediately, will suite a young vibrant female from the Durban, Phoenix area.
