ADMIN ASSISTANT IN SOUTH AFRICA
Duties include (but are not limited to): Welcoming walk-in clients and directing them to the necessary staff member, sending/receiving e-mails, faxes, postage, company letters, etc; typing company letters, occasionally typing quotes, final drafting of tenders and written documents, maintaining a neat and tidy reception area, to manage the switchboard and take messages.
