The house is available from 3 September 2016. The house is situated in Tiegerpoort, on Graham road. Suitable for a couple! I think more than 2 people will not work in the house. The house is designed by an architect. The house has lots of character and people described it as very cosy and arty place. It is small and people need to be very creative to fit all their belongings into the house. The second room is on a upper level in the house. A cat step is connecting the lower and upper level. For older people it might be a challenge. The house is located on a small farm. If you like the outdoors and quietness this is for you. People who love horses will enjoy staying here. Take note this is not a store place for your extra trucks or equipment. Shower/WC, ketch, gas stove, veranda, very big garden. The area is a security risk and a good insurance is advisable. The previous tenant decides to go because of a burglary. They enjoyed their stay here and we became good friends. We are doing everything we can to prevent it from happening again in the future, but as we all know this is South Africa and it can happen anywhere to anyone. You need to have a thick skin to stay here. Your rent will also include the local security MZT community.
