I am looking for a proffesional male, preferably of sober habits to occupy a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a quiet and small complex. The candidate will be staying with me, therefore there will be plenty of peace of mind. The candidate must be hygienic and be able to alternate cleaning with me on a weekly basis. All basic items will be available for use, i.e stove, microwave, washing machine,fridge etc. Sadly there is no parking available inside the complex. However, the complex is situated at Cnr Beyers Naude & Mountainview Avenue, which is next to public transport and Steve's Spar. R3000-00 deposit is required, either once off or 2 payments. Water and Electricity is billed monthly (non-prepaid)
