I’m looking for someone I’ll get along with, but who is also okay with us each getting on with our own thing. ** The Room and House ** The room is north-facing and looks out onto the garden. It is unfurnished but it currently has a super comfy bed which you’re welcome to buy. Otherwise I’ll sell it and you can bring your own. It has built in cupboards with nice big shelves, as well as a corner shelf for those odds and ends, but I’d recommend bringing a chest of drawers for some extra storage space. The rest of the house is bright and sunny and fully furnished with all the necessities (washing machine, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing line and clothes horse, ironing board, iron etc). Other than the two bedrooms, there is a sizeable lounge, kitchen, and one bathroom with bath/shower. There’s a pretty big garden and a veggie patch (which needs some work!) as well. ** The Area ** The house is in the safe, quiet neighbourhood of Fontainebleau - 2km from Brightwater Commons (which has a Gautrain bus stop) and 5km from Cresta. So theres’s loads of great restaurants, gyms and places for exercise/fitness in the area – if that’s your thing.
